About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to drive brand governance, campaign execution, and strategic marketing initiatives across multiple markets. This role supports both regional brand management and local marketing programs, with a focus on affluent and private banking segments.

The successful candidate will work closely with regional and country stakeholders, creative and media agencies, product teams, and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns, maintain brand consistency, support wealth planning thought leadership initiatives, and ensure effective budget and vendor governance.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Brand Governance & Campaign Management

  • Manage regional brand campaigns and creative adaptations across multiple markets.
  • Coordinate campaign localization across websites, EDMs, social media, digital advertising, video content, and other customer channels.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand standards, communication guidelines, and governance requirements.
  • Maintain and update brand toolkits, campaign assets, templates, and corporate identity guidelines.
  • Review and approve local market adaptations to ensure consistency across regions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies on creative development, production, and deployment.

Marketing Campaigns & Communications

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Develop campaign strategies, audience targeting plans, KPIs, budgets, timelines, and execution roadmaps.
  • Manage the development of campaign assets including marketing collateral, landing pages, EDMs, digital creatives, social content, and client communications.
  • Coordinate with creative, media, and production agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Support the creation and review of customer-facing communications and sales enablement materials.
  • Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and other stakeholders throughout campaign approval processes.

Wealth Planning & Thought Leadership Marketing

  • Support the development and publication of thought leadership materials.
  • Coordinate research, content development, editorial reviews, translations, production, and publication launches.
  • Develop amplification strategies across digital, social, publisher, and owned media channels.
  • Coordinate with agencies, publishers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maximize reach and engagement.

Campaign Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance across multiple markets and channels.
  • Consolidate campaign results and prepare performance dashboards and management reports.
  • Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and post-campaign reporting materials.
  • Prepare presentation materials for senior management and stakeholder meetings.
  • Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Support brand tracking and campaign measurement initiatives.

Budget, Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Manage campaign budgets, forecasts, and marketing expenditures.
  • Monitor committed spend, actual costs, and budget utilization.
  • Coordinate procurement activities including vendor onboarding, contract administration, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
  • Review invoices and validate vendor deliverables prior to payment processing.
  • Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, and external partners to ensure governance and control requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, campaign management, integrated communications, or related functions.
  • Experience managing regional marketing initiatives across multiple markets.
  • Background in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Financial Services, Luxury, or Affluent Customer Segments is good to have.
  • Experience working with creative, media, content, and production agencies.
  • Familiarity with campaign planning, brand governance, and integrated marketing execution.
  • Experience managing budgets, procurement processes, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
  • Effective writing, content development, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels including websites, EDMs, social media, display advertising, and paid media campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder groups in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with governance, compliance, risk controls, and approval processes within regulated industries.
  • Experience with reporting platforms, campaign analytics, and performance dashboards.
